The Month of December

Some of my favorite snapshots from December...

8 & 9 months

Have I mentioned how much fun this kid is?  Here are his 8 + 9 month photos/stats...

Here's what he's been up to:
- eating lots of pureed food
- crawling, crawling, crawling
- pulling up and standing
- graceful falls/landings (except for the one where he took a nose dive into the carpet...thus resulting in the carpet burn you see on his nose. very appropriate tho as it made him look like Rudolph and it was Christmas time!)

Even more going on this month...
- 2 teeth
- furniture walking
- dadadadada sounds
- pulling down frames (above his bed)
- big appetite, but not interested in anything that isn't finely pureed
- except for...salty bits of food :)
- no chance of opening gifts...he wasn't even fascinated with the wrapping
- loves his daddy
- not interested in stroller rides
- super ticklish
- and obviously from these photos you can tell he does not love sitting still anymore!

Christmas Snapshots

We went a totally non-traditional route for Christmas this year (if you know me, this is a big deal!), and headed down to Grayton Beach with the Hargather family.

we had a little Christmas day trip to the ER.  totally non-life-threatening,
